We provide a Removal & Refit Service.
This is most commonly applied if you already have a stairlift and are thinking of having a new carpet on the stairs or maybe decorating your hallway.
Also – dependent on staircase configuration – we are able to remove your stairlift from your old property and refit it into your new property. Please contact us for prices and information.
We provide a Buyback Removal Scheme.
We will remove unwanted or unused Stairlifts. Our charges can vary depending on make, model, configuration and location. We also purchase good quality used Stairlifts, whether they were originally supplied by us or by others. Just give us a call for prices and information.
Stairlift Servicing
We offer two types of stairlift maintenance service;
Option A
12 Months Service Agreement – Fully Comprehensive Contract
A fully comprehensive contract includes breakdown cover and one service visit per annum, plus all parts and labour. The agreement does NOT cover any misuse, or Motor Gear Box replacements. Monthly payment options are available.
Option B
One Off Annual Service
A one off annual service is a service only option. Additional costs will be applied for any breakdown labour and required parts. Should any repair or replacement works be required a quotation or recommendation will be provided, and your instruction must be received prior to any works being carried out.
